This is your special day. We understand that you want it to be perfect. To ensure that you have the best event possible, we work with professional planners and vendors who concentrate on the details so you can relax and enjoy your occasion. We also give you exclusive use of the property to celebrate your once-in-a-lifetime event.
Planners There is an art to hosting an event as stressful as a wedding. If you don’t have a wedding planner for the entire process, we can contract for day-of coordination with a professional planner who will help ensure that your special day at The Wren’s Nest is picture-perfect.
Packages Whether you need a basic package or an inclusive event including caterer, officiant, DJ, lighting, and more, The Wren’s Nest can customize its offerings to you.
Party Size You may host up to 150 guests, who will be comfortably served.
Photography You may schedule bridal and/or engagement photo sessions on the property if you have scheduled the venue for your event. The property has abundant beautiful features that only the Greatest Artist and Creator could have made as backdrops. You are welcome to roam the property. Just contact us to schedule the property for a photo shoot. If you do not have an event scheduled here, please have your photographer contact us to discuss using the location for photo shoots.
Alcohol You are welcome to bring beverages to serve your guests with approved, licensed bartenders who carry Liquor Liability Insurance.
Insurance We will provide you with a helpful agent to obtain a certificate of insurance for your event.
Exclusivity You will have access to the property for up to 15 hours the day of your event, and exclusive use for at least 11 hours.
Outside Vendors Outside vendors are welcome here. We have approved vendors and preferred vendors, which means we know their work and commitment to excellence, and they have licenses and insurance on file with us. If you have a vendor you’d like to have approved, we would love to meet them.
