Off a twist of back road lies a little slice of heaven.  The Wren’s Nest is a quiet, secluded property nestled in the trees.  Indoor and outdoor ceremony sites and quintessentially Tennessean structures make The Wren’s Nest an exceptional outdoor or indoor wedding venue.

The Wren’s Nest’s hallmark structure, The Maples Barn, is a vintage barn that is over 100 years old.  It was relocated to its current site during the fall of 2012, and carefully restored and improved to accommodate elegant functions.  The barn has two levels-  an open ground floor and a spacious cathedral upper level with a soaring ceiling, supported by intricate tresses.  The two-story barn provides 150 guests with about 4,200 square feet of multifunction space, perfectly suited for a ceremony followed by banqueting and dancing.  It is spacious enough to have a ceremony on one level, and a reception on the other without tear-down.

The Wren’s Nest provides unique conveniences for both the bride and groom on their wedding day.  The Bridal area offers the bride and her party a private dressing room and private bath in the Maples Barn.   “The Bunk House,” a rustic log cabin next to the home, gives the groom and his party a comfortable place to dress, kick back, and relax on two porches and around a private fire pit.  Tying the log home, the barn and ceremony sites together are candle-lit trails through the woods.

The Maples Barn sits in a naturally beautiful green space, bordered and obscured from the road by mature trees for privacy.   The Maples Barn is available for use year round, under clear or rainy skies, amid lush greenery, vibrant fall leaves, or delicate snowflakes.

The Wren’s Nest venue is located in Murfreesboro, TN, only 35 minutes from Nashville International Airport.
